Students from the state of Andhra Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangana will be allowed to appear for all India 15 % quota of NEET-UG counselling, only if they submit a self-declaration form for the same. This declaration form will be released along with the registration forms for NEET-UG 2018.
