it really does not matter if it is black in white or colured.

Hi Monica,
Entry to the examination centre is on the basis of admit cards so it really doesn't matter whether your NEET admit card is printed in coloured or black and white and it would be better for you to make some Xerox copies as well for future references .
There's one box where you have to affix your passport size photograph too on the admit card.
