See, for the Counselling process for admission into various colleges for courses like MBBS,BDS and Ayush ,you do need to submit your Class 10th and 12th marksheets and passing certificates .Without these important documents , admission isn't possible as those are a proof of your eligibility itself . So if you have submitted these documents already in your previous college,I would suggest you to visit your college authority and ask them for the documents for NEET counselling purpose .
