Hi, the information that you provided is a little incomplete. Which college are you planning on applying for? As there are colleges which are not affiliated with public service commission of Kerala. Most of the colleges are recognized by Kerala University of Health Sciences and approved by Indian Council of Nursing. If you still have doubts feel free to comment. Hope this helps.
