Yes, Medicine comeds under Emergency Services like Police, Fire etc which needs to operate 24*7. So, not only Doctors but all staffs have night shift as well as morning shift. For a extra info, a doctor during his residency works 18 hrs a day and sometimes 48 hrs at a stretch !
Only passion and love for medicine can drive such force . Hence while choosing Medicine as profession one must be fully affectionate towards it !

Yes doctors do have night shifts as well. It job is still of dignity, prestige and hard work. There are emergent cases in night as well. And it's our responsibly to help them
