whether we can join college only through KCET ranking or it is compulsory to write ICAR exam .please snd answer to this

Dear Sinchana,
No, it is not compulsory to write ICAR exam. But if you write the exam it would increase your chance to get a BSc agriculture seat easily as 40% seats are reserved for this ICAR exam rankings. Even if you don’t write the exam you would still get the seat based on KCET ranking.
