In terms of placements, you will definitely get placed with either options if you maintain basic cut offs.
But overall what matters is your skills, you will have to work very very hard in both branches in both colleges.

If you want to work in core companies like Intel,EMD. You must opt for ECE branch at MSRIT.
If your prefer IT sector,you should choose CSE at DSCE.
