Hey!

Since the competition was tough this year you should fill in both government and private medical Colleges in your preference form just to be sure (only if they are affordable to you), if you want to get in through AIQ.

For 506 you are most likely to get into a private college in the first round, depending on your AIR and what colleges candidates with a Lower rank than you fill in.

You will get upgraded to other colleges of your choice (according to your preference list) in the second or the mop up round, so you really should fill in all the colleges that are affordable and good for you and wait for upgradation in the further rounds.
