• Category Certificate (if applicable)

• Residential Certificate

• Migration Certificate for Candidates of Other Universities/ Boards

• Character Certificate from the Principal of the College/ School last attended

• Two Recent Passport Size Photographs Attested by Principal of Last Attended College/ School

• Domicile certificate
