500+ NEET score doesn't assure you MBBS admission . Actually MBBS admission is done on the basis of NEET rank . Marks vary year by year and to be honest with a 500+ NEET score there is no chance of getting MBBS seat in all India quota or any of high cut off state's quota . With a 500+ NEET score you can only expect for MBBS seats in low cut off states like Assam , Tripura , Tamilnadu etc. I will suggest you to target 600+ score in NEET 2020 and try to get a rank within 8k , these two targets will somehow assure you a MBBS seat either through all India quota or any state quota .
