Hi Aarav,
As per the previous year trends
Amity delhi NCR is the best place to pursue your undergrad in Mechanical
The Mumbai and Kolkata campuses are also good and they have the adavntage of being located strategically in locations where industry concentrations are high
The other campuses are nearly equivalent and can be chosen on the basis of accessibilty from your home town,proximity to industries and previous years' placement records.
Do take a look at their websites and then decide where you would want to pursue your degree
