It totally depends upon your interest and in which career field you want to work. See if you want to go for research work then you must prefer the field of data science as it will suit you much more better way than AI ML. And if you want to become an engineer and wanted to work as an intelligence or want to create intelligence into software product then you will have to learn machine languages and machine learning something like that is preferred in AI.
