Solution : The correct answer is Helium.

Air in oxygen cylinders used by the divers is diluted using Helium because Helium has lower solubility with oxygen even at increased pressures. Normal air contains a lot of Nitrogen, but it is soluble in oxygen at increased pressure under the sea. So to avoid this situation helium containing oxygen cylinders are used by the divers.
