For CLAT you have to fill the online CLAT Application but unfortunately the date has already passed and forms are closed for this year. Usually the online registration begins in the month of January and closes in the month of April. The exam is held in May/June.

If you search it on google as *Clat Application* you'll get the correct link to that portal. Keep the few documents ready before filling the form and check on the eligibility.
