Hi dear,
Nanotechnology is a branch of technology which deals with study of extremely small and minute things.Thus it deals with all science branches such as chemistry, physics, biology etc.It has also a wider scope in coming times.
It is worth to do nanotechnology course from IIT/NIT or from any government colleges.Private universities which deals with Nanotechnology courses are :
