The following books are considered good for the medical exams preparation especially if we talk about AIMS:
- HC Verma
- Objective physics by Prof. Satya Prakash Arya(MTG Publishers)
- Modern ABC of chemistry of class 11th and 12th.
- Physical Chemistry by OP Tandon
- Objective NCERT Chemistry by MTG.
- NCERT Biology class 11th and 12th

All the best books for aiims and neet comes after ncert. You should study ncert books and side by side some extra books.
You can prefer hc verma Or dc pandey for physics they are best for physics.
for biology and chemistry read ncert books and moderns or dinesh as a extra book for them.
You can have mtg ncert on fingerpoint for biology and chemistry.
