The best college in NCR is  LSR , I also know of IMS Ghaziabad . One RJ is a faculty their . They have this policy of hands on experience for students . They have a newspaper, a infouse radio , their own studio and digital maketing team . Their students while studyig work with Nat Geo Discovery etc as crew for films. I am quite impressed. They also have a good film festival.
