Following are the books you should refer for the clearing AIIMS.
1. NCERT Text Books for Physics, Chemistry and Biology(These should not be ignored. They're the most important)
2. For physics use HC Verma and DC Pandey
3. For Chemistry P. Bahadur and arihant books are good.
4.For Biology Dr. Ali Dinesh
5. For GK read newspaper everyday make notes and write them in a diary
6. Arihant publications book
7. Coaching's material
8. Last 10 years question papers
