If you want to take admission in engineering colleges on the basis of class 12th you can apply for TNEA, REAP, MP B.E admission, Punjab and Sastra University.

There are very few colleges in india that accepts class 12th board exam marks for admission into undergraduate courses.You have to appear for entrance exams like JEE,VITEEE,SRMJEEE,IPUCET,BITSAT,UPSEE,COMEDK,...
The colleges which accepts class 12th board exam marks are:LPU,CU,AMITY (above 80% for admission).
