In order to take admission in engineering colleges in Bangalore if you have domicile certificate of Karnataka you can apply through KCET and for other state students you can apply through COMEDK.

Domicile students of Karnataka are eligible to take admission in both government and private colleges and other state students are only eligible for private colleges.
