The best choice would be top IITs and NITs as to get admission there you will have to crack IIT-Jee with very good score and apart from this, you can try for BITSAT, VIT, SRM, Manipal etc as these are the private colleges and conduct their own entrances.

MNNIT Allahabad etc.
IIT Kharagpur etc.
Manipal etc.
