See i would like to tell you something, In order to achieve successful results in NEET, there are no shortcuts. Also the questions can come from any aspect of the vast syllabus prescribed, so studying only important topics or chapters is going to prove detrimental for you.

As per the analysis I have done during my NEET preparation, the most important (OR) frequently asked topics from the following chapters or units are:

GRADE 11: Plant Kingdom/Animal Kingdom/Cell Structure and Function/Photosynthesis/Respiration in Plants/Human Physiology.

2) GRADE 12: Plant and Human Reproduction/Genetics and Evolution/Biotechnology

Please note that questions are asked from topics not mentioned here and you must try to do all the chapters.



Read as much Ncert as you can. Because that's the only thing that will take you heights of success.
