Hello aspirant,

To have a management seats and private seats the thing you need to have is your basic admission stuff and your  state and all other state establishes a state counciling for private medical and management quota u need to register for that and need to follow up the counciling ,the method of application and the day and date of counciling would be shown on the respected state counciling websites....all the thing u need is to just follow up all the state counciling websites...

By the way to tell you in any.college there is 15%steadily reserved for the people of other states all you need to do is just go to counciling and find u could fetch any seat it not happened then just consult the respective college where u want to join....if there are any seats present they would give you....mostly the states and colleges which are running out of proper admission and facilities offer such payment seats
