As per your question there are many state level engineering entrances which are considered to be good in India but if you had asked for top 2 then i would answer according to my review which i consider as top 2.

So the top 2 are-

1-Comedk

2-Mhtcet

These are two exams conducted for state entrances in Bangalore colleges and in Maharashtra colleges.

You can also look for wbjee as through it you can get into JADAVAPUR University but only this college is considered to be valuable and this college now is too loosing its name.
