Jadavpur University is a college at West Bengal in which you can get admission by giving WBJEE, ICT Mumbai can be preferred in case you are planning to study chemical engineering(ICT is better than some IITs in terms of chemical engineering) you are required to give MHT CET exam for the same, COEP Pune is another flagship college under (MHT CET), Anna University Chennai is another good option mode of admission: TNEA.

If you consider private colleges you may get better options than government provided the condition(you don't want colleges accepting JEE Score). You may get admission in Birla Institute of Technology and Science by giving BITSAT exam provided you score more than 250 marks in that exam.
