Though both Bachelors in Artificial intelligence and Btech in Artificial intelligence are quite the same in terms of the syllabus and topics . It's just that Bsc is considered more of a theoretical course and BTech is more application based course. Plus BSc is a 3 year undergraduate course which has admissions through merit. also, while btech is a 4-year course for which you'll also need to give the entrance exam.

If we only talk about India, I think value of Btech is more but according to me, if you're really interested in the subject and you can excel in your BSc course then obviously you will be preferred for the job ,and not any average Btech student. So in my opinion, you can choose the course according to other factors also like the better college ranking, better placement cell, faculty, travelling, etc.
