which b schools accept xat scores below 40 percentile?

As you know that this is very low score, With this score you can not expect very good colleges in term of placement, faculty, Infrastructue etc. so I would suggest you to prepare again or apply for the other exams like MAT etc.
If you wish to take admission this year only then you can try for the colleges.
