  • Sandy MacDonald's From the Ground Up is a pretty good book to start with, which will definitely give you a good base of the theoretical knowledge required to become a pilot.
  • Pilot's Handbook for Aeronautical knowledge
  • Airplane Flying Handbook

  • Instrument Flying
  • Stick and Rudder : An Explanation of the Art of Flying by Wolfgang Langewiesche
This book is an all-time aviation classic and it          should be on every pilots must-read list.
