IPU  conducts entrance exam for BCA which is IPU CET for BCA. It is a offline exam of 600 marks which contains 150 objective questions .

The subjects for this exam with the books you can refer are:



1) English language and comprehension -

you can refer for this High School English Grammar and Composition book by Wren and Martin.



2) Mathematics or the numerical ability:

Quantitative aptitude book by R S Agarwal.



3) GK and current affairs:

For this you can keep trust on daily newspaper reading and monthly magazines reading. For this you can also go for Manorama year book which is a bulky book but gives you current affairs for the year.



4) Computer awareness:

For this you can go with the basic concepts which can be cleared by reading basic textbooks of school and if not then you can cover up some reference book of computer fundamentals . Also computer related information given in the monthly magazines will help.





I have just refered some basic books to you. These are not standard one, I just found it similar in content with syllabus.
