Hello Sudeep ,
I think Physical Chemistry for Competitions by O. P. Tondon and A. S. Singh is good for JEE Aspirants due to following reason:This book unlike the other is a complete package as it contains decent theory with good questions. The book is widely used for physical chemistry and contains different varieties of questions. The questions start from a basic level and go to a higher level. You would get a good and complete understanding of JEE physical chemistry with this book
Hope it helps!!!.
