which book is best for jee chem. wiley or cengage

Hello,
Wiley's book is better than cengage. As cengage's book have a lot of errors and some extra stuff is there which is not needed, so it just create confusion for the students. So, I prefer you wiley's book. It's good and will help you with understanding the concepts clearly and easily.
