but yes ncert is never enough for any of the three subjects,you may refer O P TONDON for chemistry ,H C VERMA for physics,RD SHARMA for maths.but mate these books are even more than enough for jee mains level.. so you must categorize the chapters that comes most in the jee mains exam, you need not to study 100% of the syllabus mate but yes you should study 100% of anything you chose to study,so to categorize the chapterwise questions i would prefer you 39 or 40 years question bank by arihant thats really helpful and please dont forget to do your practical file things to learn , as there are some parts of that also in the exam.
I will prefer these books :
1. NCERT ( For all Subjects )
2. HC Verma ( For physics )
3. OP Tondon ( For Chemistry )
4. 40/39 years previous Exam Questions paper by Arihant.
