I am guessing you mean section B questions im which you have to attempt only 10 out of 15 questions.

For your reference,

Here's a brief of neet exam pattern :-

-----------------------) Neet examination is conducted for a total of 720 marks

-----------------------) There  are  a total of 200 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) out of which only 180 can be attempted.

-----------------------) There are 4 subjects in neet examination:-

• Physics

• Chemistry

  Recommended

• Botany

• Zoology

-----------------------) Each subject is further divided in 2 sections - A & B

-----------------------) Duration of examination is 200 minutes i. e 3 hours 20 minutes

-----------------------) Marking scheme:-

• 4 marks will be awarded to you for every correct answer

• there is negative marking of one mark for every wrong answer

• No mark is deducted for unanswered questions

There's no seperate books for section -B of neet paper, because these are only mcqs it's just that in section -B you have to attempt only 10 out of 15 questions.
