Hello!
Following can be considered for preparations of Physics for Medical entrance exams (NEET):
1. NCERT physics
2. Concepts of Physics by H.C Verma
3. Fundamental Physics by Pradeep
4. I.E Irodov 's concepts of Physics.
There are many more books in the market by various authors but these are some of the most beneficial and appreciated books as far as clearing concepts and preparing for various numericals for NEET exams, is concerned.

Hello,
Physics is one of the toughest subjects and you should focus on clearing the concepts. For that HC Verma is a must have. You can also use SL Arora for a referefence as well. NCERT books are useful to begin with as well.
Go through all of them in a shop or library. Choose which is easier for you to grasp. That will be most helpful for you.

First of all, we advise you to go through the Class 12 NCERT Book properly.
You must make all your basic concept clear as all the entrance exam question paper are designed according to concept from this book only.
Moving forward, if you want reference from any other book you can opt for Class11 physics by S.L.Arora.
The is costs around 800-900 INR, but is best if you are a biology student.
