Yes, Difficulty level of MHT CET will be par to JEE Main. There will be no negative marking. 11th class will hold 20% weightage and 12th class will hold 80% of weightage.

You should refer your text book first after that you can refer to MTG, Marvel, Pradnya and Disha books.
