Well the answer to your question will be a little twisted.
Because both books are equally good and well recommended.
I felt Trueman's theory portion is quite good since it has explained portions elaborately plus there are additional information that can boost your knowledge on the subjects for aiims exam.
Dinesh's objective books are good because they deal with a lot of mcqs of different levels as well as have mcqs from previous year papers.
So you can opt for either or mix the best features of both the books.
