Before preparation you should know certain important things regarding the exam.
- The exam is of 640 marks i.e. 160 questions of 4 marks split into 4 sections of 40 questions each.
- There is no sectional cut-off for the exam. However the aggregate cut off is in the range of 240- 250 for general category as it has been rising due to increasing competition over the years.
- For preparation you do not require coaching as such.
- For quant you can refer book such as R.S. Aggarwal or Pearson or refer to studying material of any coaching centre.
- Verbal section is quite normal with slight high level of vocabulary based questions so you don't require much preparation for it. Just do the Reading comprehensions well.
- For Logical reasoning section also you can refer to coaching material of career launcher, bull's eye etc. The blocks are pretty easy.
