CMAT generally focuses more on Static GK questions from areas like Geography, Economy, Polity, Science & Technology, Corporate & Business GK, etc. & World Geography, Indian Economy and Business, Science and Technology are also important areas for the exam.

For the prparation keep reading newspapers and current affairs Magazines. Some of the useful magazines are Pratiyogita Darpan and Manorma etc. And also try to study business magazines and sports magazines also along with a common journal will help you for GK section of CMAT.
