keeping in mind the 2019 and 2020 neet papers by nta it was made very clear that most of the questions comes only and only from ncert. Reviewing all the important reactions from the ncert is very important. so, above op tandon and ms chauhan is ncert. Yes you need to practice question from these books to improve your accuracy but ncert is the best book for neet 2020.
M S chauhan have lots of question as compared to op tandon, but better explanation is given in op tandon. So, it really depends upon you which book you are comfortable studying with.

There is no any clear cut answer for the question you have asked. It depends on the kind of understanding of the subject you have and what is the major part where you are finding difficulty.
In case, you want a conceptual book which helps you theoretically in understanding the concepts of Organic Chemistry, then go for the OP Tandon one.
And, if you have a good grasp of the subject, but lack of question practice is what bothers you then, you need MS Chauhan. It will help you in building confidence while attempting numericals of Organic Chemistry.
