Hi nandini,
AIIMS general knowledge is totally on the current affairs that are happening in our country and across the world, just get a daily dose of news about what is happening here and there.
Get a newspaper subscription and make it a habit of reading it every day. Just see the headlines and a bit of important content.
Second your coaching institute shall provide you with sufficient material. That will suffice.
Third concentrate more on PCB topics.

You dont hace to buy a special book for that jst read current affairs...and read booklets provided by coaching like allen or akash. Since GK is something that has no limitation and could be asked anything so dont focus on it much jst study main coarse.
