Hi Sheikh Zain,

You should really focus on NCERT. Revise it as much as you can & do questions from a good MCQ question bank.

A friend of mine did questions from MTG NCERT on fingertips & I must say it's great. Plus the NCERT Examplar questions also have a high probability of coming in the paper, MTG thankfully has it all.

DR.ALI on other hand is a mere MCQ question bank. But as a unique feature it covers every single aspect of NCERT in its questions along with some extra questions. IT has some really good questions where you really have to use your application power while NCERTdoes not have more than 10 hots in almost all chapters.

I would recommend you to go for NCERT at your fingertips 1st then do solve the Dr. ALI.
