For Organic Chemistry M.S Chouhan is the best
For Physical Chemistry N. Avasthi
For Inorganic Chemistry J.D Lee
Mathematics
R.D Sharma is best moreover you can use Hall and Knights, S.L Loney
But don't forget NCERT is the most important book for all 3 subjects, specifically for Chemistry.
For physics you should strictly follow HC Verma books or you can go for DC Pandey books as both of them have very good concepts and a very good collection of questions for both JEE mains as well as JEE advanced. If you are focusing most for JEE advanced then you should follow the physics galaxy book from Ashish Arora sir as it is one of the best books for JEE advanced but this book is not preferred if your target is JEE mains.
For mathematics follow RD Sharma books for JEE mains and for JEE advanced you can go for or either SK Goyal and Amit Mishra sir book of Arihant publication or go for Cengage publication books.
after all this you have to solve a number of sample papers to strengthen your base. Hope this will help you good luck.
