You can go for following books for UGAT exam:-

UGAT (Under Graduate Aptitude Test) BBA/ BCA/ BHM Integrated MBA Popular Master Guide by R.Gupta.

For Mathematics Section you can go for R.S.Agarwal

For English section - Comprehensive Grammar of the English Language by Geoffrey Leech Jan Svar, Randolph Quirk.
