For preparing well ,you must start reading telugu Academy books for maths,physics and chemistry they might help to clear your concepts.
Practice more and more last 25 years sample papers . Start practising from deepthi publications and arihant publications ,these books have great Variety of questions asked frequently .
Take AP EAMCET and TS EAMCET mock tests.
