I have already answered this question Multiple times.
Again I’m providing all the details.
Start with NCERTs (CLASS 6-12), and a daily news paper (THE HINDU or INDIAN EXPRESS).
After completing NCERTs revise them at least 2 times for getting a good hold on the basics.
Once you have done with NCERTs, go to below mentioned books and websites.
