For both AIIMS and NEET , you should be well versed with NCERT books . The basis should be cleared before anything else.
After this , some reference books should be studied as well . For Biology Trueman or Dinesh is good .
For Physics refer to D.C.Pandey or H.C.Verma .
For chemistry GRB is a great book . There are other books as well which you can take .
Also remember to solve as many problems as possible . NCERT at fingertips is good book for this.
