NCERT books are simply best for beginners as there is lucid explanations and right methodical approach, however, for JEE advanced you need to solve more complex problems as the difficulty level is higher than JEE Mains.
Some top books recommended are:-

Chmeistry:-
Organic Chemistry by O.P. Tandon

All the above books have been recommended by toppers and contains exhaustive list of numericals for JEEadvanced.
As the NCERTs are the best books for the preparation of Jee because these are very helpful to make all the concepts and basics strong and clear and the language of these books is also very easy to understand. So once you are done with these books, you can refer to other standard books as well like -
Physics Concepts of Physics Vol I and II by H.C. Verma Problems in General Physics by I.E. Irodov Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick & Walker
Chemistry Numerical Chemistry by P. Bahadur Organic Chemistry by Paula Bruice Yurkanis Inorganic Chemistry by J.D. Lee Organic Chemistry by Morrison & Boyd
Mathematics Maths XI & XII by NCERT Trigonometry by S. L. Loney Co-ordinate Geometry by S. L. Loney Higher Algebra by Hall & Knight Problems in Calculus of One Variable by I.A. Maron.
Apart from this, below I am providing few preparation tips which will be helping you to crack Jee with decent rank -
1. Know the syllabus very well as this is the first step and you will have to understand what you are up against and this information you need before you plan and then begin the actual preparation.
2. Read standard books only as there are many books available in the market so it is advisable to use the books which make all your concepts clear and which are easy to understand.
3. Understand the weightage of topics properly and accordingly devote time because I wont suggest you to give more time to those topics which has less weightage but those topics should not be ignored.
4. Proper Revision plan should be followed as this would be helping you alot.
5. Mock Tests and Practice Tests should be done as this will help you to learn time management skills and this will also make you familiar with the exam pattern. Also, to make the best use of mock tests, better to check test analysis report properly as this will show where all you are still lacking or where all you have to work really hard.
Hope this helps!!!
Good luck!!
