For aiims examination I would like to recommend you to please clear your all concepts of11th and 12the boards if you are clear in all your this concept you are half done now just try solving mcqs containing assertions and reasoning questions about the three subjects that is the physics chemistry and biology please do refer ncert properly and also be updated of the current affairs for gk question for that daily read newspaper.
Basic concepts for NEET and AIIMS are to be covered by NCERT textbooks of respective subjects.
You can peruse any other MCQs book for preparing.
For Biology - Trueman is fairly thorough and more than enough.
Physics - HC Verma
Chemistry - GRB, especially for organic chemistry
And MTG AIIMS Explorer for previous years' papers.
Hi Prajakata, Most important for NEET/AIIMS is your NCERT books as these books include basic principles and concepts and provide accurate information. hi prajakta, there are many good books out there , the preference varies from person to person, let me tell you what i used, NCERT textbooks and coaching materials for all subjects, i used the question bank of my institute and also solved previous year papers. for additional reference i used concepts of physics by hc verma, op tandon and jd lee for chemistry, and trueman biology .basically solve as many questions as you can and learn from your mistakes. good luck
