For civil services engineering is not mandatory.  If you are already pursuing engineering choose it as optional subject and give your 100 % to clear the exam.  Best of luck.

Firstly you should not choose engineering instead go for simple Degree course And if you are choosing engineering then you should go for Civil engineering or Mechanical engineering because you may get an optional subjects as this so it mihmi reduce your syllabus.
