For the main campus i.e., JIPMER Pondicherry, the closing rank is 100±5 in UR CATEGORY.

Once the seats for Pondicherry are filled, many students start opting out as most suffer from insecurities of admitting themselves to a new campus like JIPMER Karaikal. As a result, closing rank for Karaikal drops down to 300s in UR CATEGORY.
